Fraction Multiplication

Steps:

1.  If there are any mixed numbers, change them into improper fractions. ( you should only have a fraction, no whole numbers after this step.)

2.  cross reduce if you can

3.  multiply numerators

4. multiply denominators

5.  Reduce, remember if you have a number on top bigger than the number on bottom you must divide.

Look to notes or book pages 184-191 for examples.
