I am originally from the Atlanta area. I earned my undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University. After graduation I went to work for Fulton County Schools at College Park Elementary. While I was teaching there I received my Master's degree from yet another GSU - Georgia State University.

I took a few years off to stay at home with my own children. What a blessing! I loved being at home with my babies but really missed teaching. So, here I am back in the classroom!

I have been married for eight years and have two little girls, Grace (6) and Caroline (4). My family resides in Cobb county.
