Morning and Afternoon Procedures

When you come to school each morning, you will follow these procedures:

1.  Enter the classroom walking quietly.
2.  Move your lunch clip.
3.  Place your homework and notes in the appropriate baskets.
4.  Put away your coat, jacket, backpack, books, and any other items.
5.  Sharpen two pencils and get out your writing journal.
6.  Place your journal, opened to the correct date, on your desk.
7.  Take your seat and begin quietly working on the assignment posted on the front board.

At the end of each day, you will follow these procedures:

1.  Open your planner to the current date, make sure you have written down all of your assignments, check your partner, and leave it open on your desk.
2.  Get your coat, jacket, backpack, books, and any other items while Mrs. Jessica checks your planner.
3.  Clear off your desk and clean up any trash in your desk or on the floor near your seat.
4.  Put your chair up as you are dismissed.
