Follow the Four!

1.  Be still, straight, and silent when in line.

2. Treat others with respect.

3.  Keep your body and objects to yourself.

4.  Follow adult directions the first time.

Rewards

1.  A happy teacher and happy students

2.  Verbal praise

3.  Extra free time

4.  Good note sent home

Consequences

(In my classdroom I have a card pulling system.  The colored cards are blue, yellow, orange, and red.

Each time a student breaks a rule, he/she pulls a card.  A student tries to be on blue all day and

become a Blue Ribbon Student at the end of the month).

Yellow - Verbal warning

Orange  5 minutes of recess

Red   Loss of recess/ note sent home to the parents
