Here at John Paul II High School, all students are required to have two years of foriegn language to graduate. Understand that no matter which language you choose, study is required to do well.  There are grammar differences and vocabulary concerns that will be challenging especially if you have never studied a language before.  The expectaion is that you will spend at least 15 minutes every evening studying vocabulary.

Tutorials are held regularly at John Paul II.  Please check each teacher's home page to see the specific schedule for your teacher.  Generally speaking, tutoring begins at eight in the morning.  Tutoring will resume after the school day around three fifty or four in the afternoon.

If your child would like or is in need of a tutor, ask your local parish or home church.  John Paul II does not endorse anyone as a tutor.
