To sign your child up for any sports at Overbrook, we need these 3 things:

1.     Sport Registration Form (fully completed)

2.     Athletic Registration Fee ($50.00) - (checks payable to Overbrook School)

3.    Completed Health Form (Health form is good for one full school year) 

Registration Deadlines 

Health forms must be turned in before the first day of practice.

(Students will not be allowed to participate in practice or games until we have a health form)
