Toughest Challenge: trying to come up with ways to keep things interesting - I mean, how do you top Survivor???

Proudest Moment: Watching my daughter win the gold medal at the 5K Run for Kids 

Best Part of the job: Seeing the kids succeed at things that are otherwise beyond their reach
