Character is what emerges from all the little things you were too busy to do yesterday, but did anyway. ~Mignon McLaughlin, The Second Neurotic's Notebook, 1966

PENNY WARS!!! GMS has declared WAR against cancer! Can you spare a penny for the fight?

SCIENCE FAIR: Congratulations to all the competitors in this year's GMS and IRRSEF Science and Engineering Fairs! My special thanks to the following students who put in tremendous effort during this past few weeks to prepare for this year's regional science fair: Adam Wolf, Tom Silvia, Brie D'Elia, Morgan Ross, Kate Hassell, Anika Heuberger, Jade Butler, Max Tardif, Nick North, and Harrison Dunlap.Check out the PowerPoints from both fairs:

GET PUBLISHED IN THE DOLPHIN DISPATCH!: We need to do a better job of bragging about all the awesome co-curricular activities you do every day. The PTSA is always looking for school student news for the next edition of the GMS newsletter, The Dolphin Dispatch. I want to encourage all of you to consider contributing a short summary or "blurb" about any academic games and competitions, athletic events, music and fine arts accomplishments, or community service activities in which you and/or other GMS students have participated during the year.  To be included in an upcoming edition, please send me, Mr. Flynt, or Mr. Tomlinson a summary or "blurb" via Edmodo—typed and saved in MS Word—before the 21st of the month. We will help you edit your summary and submit it to the PTSA.

EDMODO and eSEMBLER: Remember to check in on Edmodo and check your grades on eSembler at least once each week!
