  • We are now in our third trimester and there is so much to learn. There sill be homework and projects assigned, so please make sure to help your child space out their work for each day, so they don't miss it.

Any missing homework is counted as Zero, and it affects your child's final grade. Please submit any missing homework as soon as possible, and let me know if you have any trouble checking  your child's grades.

Quran: We memorized Surat Al-Inshiqaq during the month of April. I'll be testing the students on this Surah on Thursday May 3rd.

Many students are almost done memorizing Jus Ama Masha'Allah. There will be a Quran memorization testing on the first week of June for this Jus. Please encourage your child to work on the surahs he/ she still needs to memorize,so they can move to the next Jus next year Inshallah. I gave you a copy of the Quran chart in our 2nd term conference, so you can follow up with your child in the surahs he/she needs to work on.

Let me know if you have any questions about your child's progress in this matter.

Since we finished the surahs that assigned for third graders, students are interested in learning Surat Al-mulk in class. We will be memorizing this surah Insha'allah during the month of May.

Please check 3rd grade website and click on the curriculum link to get an idea about the surahs your child supposed to know so far.

Here is a wonderful website that your child can listen to, to help him/her catch up on their memorization: www.Quranexplorer.com
