The Pom Squad is the foundation of the Pepette organization. It is a spirit group open to all girls at RHS. Applications are taken in the spring and girls must maintain a 2.0 GPA. Pom Squad camp will be held in August where members will learn cheers, chants, band and half-time routines, and marching on the field. Any girl interested in trying out for freshman cheerleader must be a member of Pom Squad as well.

Poms promote Bearcat spirit by cheering at football and basketball games, making signs and treats for athletic teams, and performing at halftime of football games with the band.

Pom Squad is sponsored by Merideth Boyd.
