New Student Enrollment

ALL students new to the Owasso School District will need to go to the Enrollment Center to enroll for the

2008-2009 school year.

U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings announced September 22, 2006 that Hayward Smith Elementary was selected as a

Blue Ribbon School

Blue Ribbon Schools are selcted to be honored for helping close the achievement gap and for their students who achieve at very high levels.
