We are working on food/culture in Germany.
For Monday students should know 1-24 food vocabulary.
For Tuesday: know 1-32
For Wednesday: know 1-40
For Thursday: know 1-48
Friday: know 1-51; list 2 1-5 Listening activity; finish out of order activity
Week of January 3
We are working on Chapter 6 vocabulary and simple past tense. Wednesday and Thursday we will concentrate on simple past tense of weak verbs. Students are responsible for knowing present, future and simple past tense (weak). Quiz on simple past tense weak verbs on Thursday. On Friday we will begin to add strong verbs in the simple past tense.
Week of January 9
Students should know how to conjugate weak verbs in the simple past. In addition, students are responsible for five verbs every night of the strong verbs. Pop quizzes....
For Monday: know strong verbs 1-5
For Tuesday: know strong verbs 1-10
For Wednesday: know strong verbs 1-15
For Thursday: know strong verbs 1-20
For Friday: know all strong verbs: Library practice day. Look for links to practice both weak and strong!
Week of January 16
Monday- no school
Tuesday and Wednesday: We will be getting a few new verbs and practicing using present, simple past and future tenses. Students have notes, notecards and sheets that should be memorized.
