New Students and Former Students

Welcome New Students to Hillsboro High School!

The first step to enrolling new students is to fill out the enrollment packet at the Data Center office (that office is located at 20 Hawk Drive Hillsboro, MO).  Hours for enrollment are 8:00 am - 10:30 am and 11:30 am - 3:00 pm (Monday through Friday).  To complete the enrollment process, please bring the following:

• Immunization Records - These will be verified by the district nurse and must be current with the State of Missouri. If the student is in need of any immunizations they will have to get these shots before enrollment. It would be in your advantage to have your physician check your student's immunization record to ensure that it meets Missouri state requirements.
  
• Proof of Residency - Utility Bill (gas, water, or electric) - current within the last 30 days.
  
• Birth Certificate - If a birth certificate is not available, please provide some form of legal documentation to prove parent's relationship to student.
  
• Withdrawal/Final Grades, Discipline and Attendance Records from previous school.

The second step is to call the high school guidance secretary (636) 789-0016 and make an enrollment appointment. In this meeting we can create your schedule, assign you a locker, get your student ID, and give you a tour of your new school.
