What we'll be covering in math with our new EnVisions program: November 21-30 Students will demonstrate an understanding of problem solving. Topic Two will be assessed on October 29th. November 14-18 Students will learn to solve problems about taking away, comparing, finding missing parts, and will connect addition and subtraction. November 7-10 Students will explore subtraction- finding missing parts of 6,7,,8 and 9, and writing subtraction sentences. November 1-4 Students will learn to write addition sentences, add in any order, and problem solve using objects. On Friday we will assess Topic One. October 24-28 Students will learn to recognize number patterns and explore different ways to make 6,7,8, and 9 using those patterns.
