Welcome Back!  I Hope You Had A Great Holiday!

I'll be available every morning this week @ 7:30 for tutoring.  I will also be available on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:05 till 4:05 for tutoring.  If you have a question about whether your child needs some extra help in morning tutorials, please just call or e-mail.

In Math classes this week, we will define and identify figures that are similar.  We will also use proportions to determine missing side lengths of similar figures.  On Thursday, the math classes will work on their test review and on Friday the math classes will take their first test of 2009!

In Pre-Algebra classes this week, we will begin by reviewing the Pythagorean Theorem and use it to find a missing leg.  On Tuesday we will define, identify, and find missing lengths of similar figures.  On Wednesday and Thursday, we will solve 2-step equations that have fraction coefficients (fractions in front of the variables) using the multiplicative inverse.  Pre-Algebra will also take their first test of 2009 on Friday!
