Science Lab Mission Statement

In the science lab I hope to create an environment where the students and I are all active learners. Science instruction should engage students in the active construction of ideas that enhance their ability to understand the world around them. Teaching science as an inquiry helps students develop the ability to ask scientific questions, investigate their world and use their observations to construct reasonable explanations that they can share and compare with their peers.
