Name:  Jackie Marz-Kocurek

Age:  39 (I know, I don't look a day over 25!)

How Long Have You Worked For Hillsboro?:  11 years

Husband's Name:  Joe Kocurek

Children's Name:  Jonah Marz - Jonah is 10 years old.  He is in 5th grade at Hillsboro Intermediate. I also have 2 step-sons!  Ben is 22 and Josh is 19.

Do You Have Any Pets?:  Yes!  I have 1 dog - Pepper is 4 years old!  He is a black lab mix.  

What Do You Like To Do In Your Spare Time?:  I love to read!  I try to read at least one novel per week.  I love mysteries and crime stories.  In the summer I challenge myself to read at least 1 "classic."

What Is Your Favorite Thing About Hillsboro Elementary?:  I would have to say that my favorite thing about my new school is how friendly everyone is.  I love walking down the hall and meeting new people, getting hugs and waves from everyone.  It makes my day!
