Math
We will begin chapter 6: graphing, mean, mode, median, range, etc.
Reading
This weeks reading story is, "The Talking Cloth". The students will be learning new vocabulary words that go along with the story. Please make sure to review these words with your child each night. You can find these words in your child's reading notebook. Science The students are beginning to learn about classification of living things. They will learn about mammals, amphibians, reptiles, birds, fish, invertebrates vs. vertebrates, etc. They have learned the characteristics of all living things. English The students are learning about nouns. They will review what a noun is and the difference between proper and common nouns this week. Religion The students are working on Advent in their religion books.
