8th Grade--Units of study on General Baking & Baking Breads(biscuits);  Breakfast foods; Wellness, Energy, Calories, Eating Out, and Personalized Nutrition.

7th Grade--Friendship Unit--Friendship pillowcase, other activities about friendship!

         Grooming Unit---hand care, activities concerning personal hygiene

          Cooking/Kitchen Unit--introduction to the kitchen, mug rugs, cooking labs(snickerdoodles, pancakes, crepes, chocolate no bakes)

6th Grade--Units of study on "Self" and Character Traits.
