7th grade Language Arts
A little bit about your teacher . . . 
I began teaching at Northwestern Lehigh School District in 1977. I was a substitute in the spring and began as a full time French/English teacher in September. I moved to the Middle School when it opened in 1992 as an 8th grade Language Arts teacher. I have been teaching 7th grade in the Middle School since 2006. I am also an adjunct professor at DeSales University. Additionally, I am a National Writing Fellow and the Vice President for Middle Schools in the Pennsylvania Council of Teachers of English and Language Arts. I am the 2008 Winner of the National Council of Teachers of English Edwin A. Hoey Award for Outstanding Educator in the English Language Arts. I am very proud of this award. I am doing what I love.
I am married. My husband and I have one daughter who was recently married to an 8th grade Language Arts teacher!! They had a baby boy in May :D!
What I expect of you as a student in my class. . .
