Grading Procedures

Homework counts 20% of the grade. 

 Quizzes count as 30% of the grade.

Test count for 50% of the grade.

**When students fail to bring assignments to class, the student can bring it to me on the same day and receive full credit.  If the assignment is turned in the following day, the highest grade to be made is a 75.  Each day the grade drops by 25 points.

**When  a student is absent, they have 2 days for every 1 day they are absent.  If the work is not turned in by the second day, the student will not receive full credit for the work.  The grade will then start from a 75, each day the grade will decrease by 25 points.
