Please remember a small healthy snack is a MUST everyday. 

With the POS system, you no longer need to send in separate envelopes for breakfast, lunch, snack milk, lunch milk, snacks and ice cream.  All monies (regardless of how much) will go directly into your child’s account to use for any item the student would like to purchase. It is  recommend that you submit payments in one lump sum.  For example, if you know your child buys snack milk and lunch everyday, you can send in one payment for that week/month.  Any denomination will be accepted.   The money will stay in your child’s account until your child uses it, even if it is next week, next month or senior year.   It is like having a debit card account.   If your child goes to another East Greenbush School, the money left in you child’s account will follow them.

Payments can be submitted via the Bell Top kitchen.  Checks should be made out to Bell Top Lunch Fund.  Cash will still be accepted, but prepayment would make the lunch lines shorter and quicker.  Please make sure you child’s name and account number is on the check or on the envelope (if submitting cash).
