   The Cresskill Education Foundation, Inc. (“CEF”) provides the four Cresskill public schools with valuable enrichment programs and educational tools that could not have been funded through our existing school budget. CEF purchases have enabled our schools to expand their curriculum and modernize their offerings. This June the CEF presented their annual grants to the district schools. District Superintendent, Dr. Bellina, was given a check in the amount of $55,000!
Thanks to your generosity, the CEF has been able to donate over $50,000 a year for the last several years. Last year's $50,000 grant was composed of: $24,500 for technology, $11,500 for the arts, and $14,000 for environmental education. For a detailed listing click the GRANTS tab. Mark your new 2012 calendar! On November 2, 2012, the CEF is sponsoring a dinner celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Cresskill High School/Middle School. The event, to be held at the Clinton Inn in Tenafly, will run from 7:00 to 11:30 and will include a cocktail hour, dinner, full bar, music and other entertainment. A block of rooms, available at a discounted rate, will also be reserved.
Included in the $75 ticket price will be admission to a
continental breakfast and tour of the High School and Middle School to be held on Saturday, November 3rd. Make it a whole weekend and root for the Cougars at their Saturday afternoon home game.

Although CEF meetings are usually the third WEDNESDAY of the
month, our next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, February 15
at 7:30 at the Board of Ed office at the High School.
