The character education goals of the Brigantine Elementary School cover a multilayered approach to building character through constant daily exposure to strong core ethical values for the whole child. The school’s specialization is an integrated approach to learning addressing high student achievement in a safe, caring school environment. Character education has been instituted in our school for 15 years. It is our belief that moral strength is a result of teaching the WHOLE child to make good choices consistently, treat others compassionately and care about themselves by making healthy choices.
