Find it in Equipo Escolar.

CITIES OF PYRAMIDS AND ENCHANTED DWARFS

Go to the website of Mayan Kids.  Look around!  Lots of places – timelines, people, places, bug tacos, and enchanted dwarfs.  Spend some time exploring here.  Keep in mind things you are learning.  Then go to the games site and try your hand.  Keep track of your scores in your DailyLog.  Show an adult the page on this site where you learned the most interesting things.

PANWAPA!
Go to this website and have fun looking around.  But it’s in Spanish!  So you’ll need your
headphones.  The penguin plays hide and seek.  You can watch films of kids from around the world or other fun videos.  As you click around you’ll discover you know more Spanish than you think.  Share with an adult what you have learned.

WHERE IS THAT?
The game where your mind is your map.   Be sure to click on North America.  FUNBRAIN will show you maps.  For each screen, identify the correct country (or state).  You can choose your level.  Check the correct box or type in the name (spelling counts).  If you select level 5, you will also have to type in the name of the country's or state's capital.  Choose a partner and show each other how much you know!  Share your results with an adult.

PRIMEROS NUMEROS
This is a fun book!  Find it in the Guatemala library.  Have an adult help you get started if you need to.  Work your way through it – it works just like a baby counting book.  You know what to do!  As you go you will see you can read Spanish better than you thought!
