For the next few weeks, the students will be working on a research project on penguins.

In Language , the students are working on a research project.  They are also learning about plurals of irregular nouns.

In Reading ,the students are working on drawing conclusions.

 In Spelling/Phonics -students learning about compound words.

 In Handwriting   the students reviewed the cursive x.

These words are being emphasized in developing oral language: quarrel, stubborn, disagree and obstinate

Reading  Vocabulary These words are the vocabulary words for the next story: adorable, compassionate, exactly, iguana, mature, mention and trophies
