Happy Valentine's Day

The children listened to Roses Are Pink, Your Feet Really Stink by Diane de Groat

 In Reading ,the children were introduced to new oral language words.

 In Language, the children are learning to form the plural of nouns ending in y. 

 In Spelling/Phonics,  the children are learning to form the plurals of nouns.

These words are being emphasized in developing an oral vocabulary: survival, partnership, and solution

These are the vocabulary words for the next story: halfway, word, challenge,toward, above,buried, whole, ago, enough, embarrassed, dam, and lodge
