Check or Money Order in the amount of $25.00, payable to Shrine Catholic Grade School, in envelope labeled with child’s name. No Trapper Keepers or gel pens. • All supplies are due the first day of school. • All fees should be paid by check or money order (no cash), payable to Shrine Catholic Grade School. • If using “fabric” book covers for textbooks, please purchase size EXTRA LARGE. • Books must be covered at all times. • Please label all supplies, including school and gym uniforms, with child’s name. • White-Out is not allowed. • PLEASE REPLENISH SUPPLIES AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
