Writing

Round Valley Intermediate School uses The Write Tools, Four Blocks, and Harcourt Trophies programs for writing instruction. We will work on the six traits of writing that include: organization, voice, word choice, ideas, sentence fluency, and convention. We will also will be presenting our work to the class.

We have finished our rough draft of a Diamante. This is a poem that is shaped like a diamond when complete. Be looking for it to be posted in our student showcase.

We will begin writing on Pilgrims from our Webquest we are doing during our reading time.
