Winter Sports You may sign up for Winter Sports in the Health Office starting Monday October 5th, 2009 A current physical and a sports interview with the Nurse are required. Please come to the Health Office during a free period, lunch or after school. Please remember to come to see us in the Health Office for any of your health care needs. All students new to our district and returning tenth graders will need to provide a physical exam form.
