Injuries

Any student who sustaines a sports related injured and the injury requires medical care, will need to provide a medical release from their physicain stating that the student may return to participation in physical education classes and/or sports.

Any student who is injured in school and seeks medical care will also be required to provide a medical release so that the student may return to full participation in physical education classes and/or sports.

Even if the physician does not restrict the student from any activities, documentation from the physicain will still be required stating that the student may return to all activities.
