On Friday, May 22nd, the fifth graders of Abby Reinke took a field trip to Riley's Farm in Oak Glen, CA. It was a journey back in time to our colonial roots. Students participated in an Admiralty Court (poor Kylah, Ethan, Nathan and Alexis), learned how to weave, tried calligraphy with a feather, and even took part in the Revolutionary War (that's after they learned how to fire a musket, of course!) Long live Norfolk!
