Fifth grade is the most exciting year of all and I am thrilled to be adding 32 new children to my daytime family! Here I am with my husband, Patrick, and our beautiful sixteen-year old daughter, Brenna, who was once in these halls herself as an Abby Reinke fifth grader. She is now a sophomore at Great Oak High School...where does the time go?

Time will fly for you as it did for me with my child, I'm sure, and therefore I'm very happy to provide you and your family with this website so that being a part of our classroom will always be within reach. I hope you'll enjoy using it as much as I enjoy creating it for you!

It will also serve as a vehicle for nightly homework clarification, especially so when your child is absent, and is designed to support you and your child in understanding all of the subjects of our classroom. Since daily access to working computers can sometimes be unpredictable, it would be inconsiderate for me to ask you to rely on this alone. So, our website reinforces your child's daily reminder binder, our school's office notifications, my notes or e-mails home, our own classroom curriculum and happenings, plus a few more surprises added in for fun.
