I will accept book orders until this Wednesday! Please remember to work on your child’s homework during the week, I only received a small few on Friday. This is important to do with your child to reinforce some of the things that we do in the classroom!

Writer’s Workshop:
The children wrote about a goal they have for the New Year!
This week:
- Gingerbread Activities: We still have a few more books for gingerbread, which we will complete this week. The children have a few sequencing activities to do as wellJ
- Science: We have begun our science unit which connects to how we are alike and different and our senses. This will be completed during our theme time for the next 2-3 weeks. We will begin to read some books about snow and snowmen at the end of this unit.
- Assessments: I will work on these in the classroom for the next 2 weeks, the end of the quarter is at the end of January.

- Word: Reviewing all sight words with a silly snowball game!
