We will be using conscious discipline in our classroom, which is somewhat noted in our first newsletter. Please check out Dr. Bailey's web-site with further informatin. www.lovingguidance.com. This is a very responsive and positive approach to behavior managment. I have used very similar techniques and ways of solving problems in the past but Dr. Bailey had more to add to it.
