"A shared vision and common goals is a recipe for success." C. Flemmer
We encourage our feeder youth, middle school, as well as our freshman and junior varsity teams to use our drills. If we are all on the same page we will increase our chances to build a steady and successful program. Continuity and consistency is our goal.
Motto: Team means putting we ahead of me.
Coach Flemmer's Policies:
- Athletes will wear dress slacks as well as a buttoned shirt (ties are optional). We are representing our school and need to present ourselves with class.
- Hair needs to be off the collar, over the ears, and above the eyebrows. Part of being on a team is being willing to sacrifice some individuality for the betterment of the whole. Again, we are going to look good.
- No earrings, visible tattoos, or body piercings. Let your game shine and not just your bling!
- Any time a player needs academic tutoring Coach Flemmer and the coaching staff will be willing to assist in any way possible (i.e. tutoring services, providing study time, etc.).
Special Nights: - Parent Appreciation Night (varsity players will present a single rose to their parent(s) or guardian(s) as well as a Starbuck's giftcard and any other sponsorship we can attain.
- Teacher Appreciation Night (varsity players will present a single rose to the teacher of their choice as well as a Starbuck's giftcard and any other sponsorship we can attain.
- Pack the House Night We want to see our gym filled with students, parents, family, staff, as well as community members cheering our team to victory. Home court advantage is something that we want to turn from an idle phrase to a driven reality.
Team Promotion/Advertising: - Game programs.
- Team posters with schedule to be placed in the school as well as local business establishments.
- Booster Club.
