Reminder – Report cards are due to come out next Friday, November 13th. Tuition must be current for children to receive their report cards.
We will be collecting our $2 for Orphans offering on Friday, November 13th.
My School is Cool Program:
1) Turn in all your mall receipts or we can write a point pass voucher in the school office if you need to keep your receipt. (Please ask family, friends, or neighbors.)
2) Wacky Wednesdays at the mall is where you can earn triple points for all receipts.
3) November 20th-23rd is a triple point weekend.
School picture money will be due by Nov. 10th.
Holiday pictures will be taken on Nov. 11th . You will be receiving later all of the pictures. You may purchase the package or buy the sheets individually. Dress in your holiday outfit and give the pictures for Christmas presents. The school will receive a percentage of the pictures ordered.
On Friday, November 13th basketball for the 4th-6th grade boys &
6th–8th girls will begin. The girls will practice on Wednesday and Fridays at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church from 1-3. The boys will practice on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7 at St. Johns in Conover and on Fridays from 1-3 at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church same time as girls.
Cookie Dough orders must be turned in on Monday, November 16th or Tuesday, November 17th.
Talent Show tryouts will be on Wednesday, November 12 at 3:15 in the fellowship hall.
This years Thanksgiving Celebration will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Hickory, located across from the Science Center. Please make plans to attend this special time of Thanksgiving and Talent Show.
Home made apple pies and Sausage Biscuits will be sold on Friday, November 20th. from 8:10 – 8:50 for $2.00 and hot chocolate and coffee for $1.00.
