SOLVING PROBLEMS

Everyone has them! Sometimes they are due to our mistakes, some are because of accidents and some aren't even our problems to deal with in the first place!  Of course, it's always nice to lend a hand when someone needs help.  Isn't it?

The discussions and writings we will be doing will center around how characters in the stories we read face the challenges that present themselves and what they do to problem solve.  In some cases, we'll even get the chance to see what kind of consequences follow.

These are the related readings:

A Long Way From Chicago by Richard Peck

A Year Down Yonder by Richard Peck

Problem Solving Triple Unit - details TBA!
