About BGPTA:

As a member of the PTA, you will belong to a National  Democratic voluntary Organization (National congress of Parents and Teachers) that centers its whole interest on the welfare and education of children and youth. The Bowling Green PTA encourages you to become a  vital part of your child’s experience at Bowling Green. The main purpose of the PTA is to: • Promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, Community and place of worship • Raise the standard of home life • Secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth • Bring into closer relation the home and the school that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth • Develop between educators and the general public united efforts that shall secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social and spiritual education.
