Simple Machines We will soon begin our Simple Machines science unit. We are doing this using a Lego kit. Each time we use them we are given a scenario to design a particular type of machine to perform a particular task. The children work in pairs of two or three. They record their information in a Science Notebook. Ask them about what they are making.
