We are "Goin Hollywood" and looking for you to join us! AZ Thespians is sponsoring this fun filled, action packed, 3 day trip to CA! You can join us as a single rider or as a school troupe. When: March 17- 19, 2010 Cost: $450.00 per person Includes: Travel by bus, hotel accomadations,2 meals, sight seeing on Hollywood Blvd., a show with talk back, workshops in stage combat, auditioning for actors, and a day at Universal Studios. See the link below for a detailed itinerary. What to do if your interested? 1) Complete the registration and medical release forms in the link below. Make 2 copies, one for me and keep one for your records. Registration and first payment, or school purchase orders, are due December 18th. Mail all payments and applications to: Denise Ferguson 6330 W. Greenway
2) Pay in full or plan to make payments. The first installment is due with your registration. Once each payment is recieved there will be NO REFUNDS! Deadline dates are as follows: December 18, 2009 $150.00 January 15, 2010 150.00 February 19, 2010 150.00 For troupe travel, make all purchase orders out to AZ Thespians. Mail all registration materials to Denise Ferguson and print PO # on each page. 3) Once your registration and payment is recieved you will recieve a reciept and confirmation.
