Dear Arizona Thespian Festival Exhibitor/Presenter -

First, Thank YOU for taking the time to be a part of this event and helping to promote Theatre in education.  The Arizona Thespian Festival is one of the largest in the country and by attending as an exhibitor you are helping to add to the variety of opportunities and experiences available to the attendees.

Secondly, we want to give you some information about Exhibiting at the Festival.  Whether you have been with us before or are new coming to Festival, we have some important information for you.  Exhibitors continue to be in Exhibit Hall G, just north of the Ballroom.  There is no set “Exhibit Floor Hours”, however there many times where attendees are free to walk through the exhibit hall.  I've attached a schedule of the Festival and you can determine for yourself when you would like to have coverage for your booth.  By no means is it mandatory to have a person in your booth at all times.  Several exhibitors, just set up unmanned displays, others have a rotating staff throughout the Festival.  It is up to you when to staff your booth.   The rooms are secured after hours, but are open during the hours of Festival events.

This year we are asking all exhibitors if they would like to help sponsor and host our Saturday morning breakfast for troupe directors, chaperones and other adult attendees. If you are interested you will be given a few moments to chat with these adults about yourself and/or services you provide. Please consider this opportunity as we hope to get you even more exposure during your weekend with us.

Sadly as of this year we will not be able to provide parking passes. We are sorry for any inconvenience.  Please go to their website http://www.phoenix.gov/CIVPLAZA/plazaidx.html for parking and directions.

Finally, we will be having a passport drawing again this year.  This is the drawing that all of the give-a-ways are distributed through, each school will receive a 'passport', and this will have the names of all of the exhibitors on it.  One of the adults from that school is required to stop by each booth to collect a signature, sticker or stamp to show they made it to all of the exhibitor booths in the exhibit hall.  Then at the end of the Festival a random drawing is held from the returned passports for prizes given by exhibitors, sponsors and others.

Thank you again for participating and we look forward to seeing you at the Festival
