BPA LUVS OUR VOLUNTEERS COME RIDE THE WAVE!!

Throughout the 2009-2010 school year, volunteer participation is needed on many levels. On behalf of the PTO, teachers and staff, and most importantly our children, we ask you to contribute your time and talents whenever and wherever you can. Without your support, our school and its events will not be as successful as they could be with your involvement.

While our Book Fairs,Fun Day, Fall Festival, Santa Shop,   Spring Festival, Picture day, and even Hoilday Dinners  are events to look forward to, we are in search of more event ideas and volunteers in which to help organize them. If you have a suggestion for a school wide function, or would be willing to lead in the planning process, please let us know.

We have other areas within the school where help is always appreciated. Some of this help is needed regularly, others on an as-needed basis, or perhaps on a specific day. We encourage parents and community members to familiarize themselves with the many different ways in which they can make a difference. We have a volunteer binder available in the front office which includes sign up sheets for ongoing activities, events, or class help. An interest link is also available on this website. Please print out the form, check off your areas of interest and return the form to your child's teacher.  Mark off as many areas as you like - there is no limit to volunteering!

Prior to working within the school, all volunteers must come in the school and turn their license in to be ran by our county security system, then once that has been done all you have to do is tell Mrs. Payne or Mrs. Hurst your name and they can log you and your wonderful Voulunteer hours in so you do not have to keep up with them yourself!!!
