HOMEWORK -

Math 19th

Math 2/3   WB lesson 18-1   elasped time

When crossing past noon, add 12 to the time to make it military time.

When borrowing, take away one full hour and add 60 minutes.

We have started a notes section- This area of the binder should have the date at the top of the page, followed by a title for the notes.  Check your child's binder from time to time if they do not have a notes section this will give you a good idea of how well they pay attention in class.

Guidelines for doing homework.

1)   Re-read  the lesson for that day, or the notes off of the board for problems you are unsure of.  remember the lessons in Passport are usually 1 page before the homework page.

2)  Skip problems you did not know and ask that question first in class tomorrow

3)  Have your parents write you a note if you were unable to do any of your homework

4) Mr. Vogel needs to know if there were any problems you could not do.

5) Parents the best way to contact me is via email,  I check this 3 times each day.   Phone   messages often do not get to me for several days.
