AND choosing one night from Fri./Sat./Sun.) They are expected to be reading a total of 125 minutes per week. On Monday, students will receive a packet of questions to be thinking about while they are reading, and writing their responses. However, students can write a "safe list" to be handed in on Friday with the quiz. A "safe list" is a list of the spelling words, each written out 5x each (NOT INCLUDING THE CHALLENGE WORDS). The "safe list" will be used only if a student fails the spelling quiz, and will bring the failing grade up to a 70. The "safe list" is NOT used as extra credit. |
