		1   Homework vocab write each term and its definition 10 times R & R Read "Treasured Tale" and answer these questions in complete sentences with correct spelling and punctuation. 1. What award is the pirate captain trying to win? 2. Why does it take all day to make 2 seconds of film? MATH Show all math multiplication facts for the number 8 from 1 x 8 to 15 x 8.	2   Homework vocab look at the definition side of the flash card and write the correct term for that definition without looking. If you get it right, set that card aside. Keep doing this until you have spelled them all correctly without looking. R & R Read Picture of the Week. What problem does that dog have? Be sure to answer in complete sentences spelling and punctuating correctly. MATH Show all math mulitiplication facts for the number 11 from 1 x 11 to 15 X 11.	3   Homework vocab Have someone give you the test to see which terms you still need to study. R & R Answer all the questions on the back page of Weekly Reader News. You may write on the magazine. Put your name on the page and turn the magazine in tomorrow morning.	4   Homework Sometimes, students may have a project to work on over the week-end or work to make up. I usually do not assign homework on Fridays.	5
