Welcome to Room 45 Sixth & Eight Grade Math I want to welcome you and your family to Jefferson Middle School. I am looking forward to working with you and your student this year. The math program is student centered and offers many opportunities for meaningful discussions. The students at Jefferson who are most successful in math have four strategies in common: they fully participate in class, they do nightly homework, they turn in quality homework that demonstrates understanding and they attend school each day. To help students be even more successful with math, we provide after-school help in the library, Monday through Friday 2:30 - 3:30. Please consider this option.
