* Warning - verbal warning

* Discipline Note -parent is notified through planner/note attached as to what exactly your child was placed in the discipline folder for. It is asked that you sign this slip and return it the next day.

* Parent Contacted by Telephone -conference may be requested 

*Sent to Office  -principal / parent contacted
