Class Rules:
1. Listen when others are talking.
2. Follow directions.
3. Keep hands, feet & objects to yourself.
4. Work quietly and do not disturb others.
5. Show respect for school & personal property.
6. Work & play in a safe manner. Discipline Policy:
In my class, I use stars to track each child's behavior throughout the day. All students start the day with a yellow star. A star is pulled anytime a student does not turn in a homework assignment or breaks a class rule:
Yellow Star= good day!
Did all work and followed class rules.
Green Star= oops!
Broke one rule or did not turn in one assignment.
Lose 5 minutes of playtime or write the class rules once. Blue Star= oh no!
Broke two rules or did not turn in two assignments.
Lose half of playtime or write the class rules twice. Red Star= bad day!
Broke three rules or did not turn
in three assignments.
Lose all playtime and note home and write the class rules 3 times.
