PTO Reimbursement Procedures

The PDF document files listed below should provide you with the procedures to receive reimbursement for your expenses.  There is a separate document for each form type.  Just open the document you need, then print it.

Completed expense report forms can be e-mailed to Nicole (see address below) or brought to the school office and placed in the PTO mailbox.  All expense reports should include receipts.
